I was looking for a good hydrating night cream for quite some time now. Usually my skin really likes Vichy skincare. When I saw their new Vichy Aqualia Thermal Night Spa I decided to try it out. I am really impressed by this product.
The formulation is a thick gel which immediately sinks into the skin and leaves it fresh, the feeling is like someone has splashed you with water. The smell is the same as with all of the other products from the Vichy Aqualia Thermal range - not overwhelming clean scent. I am really happy that I finally found a night cream that is not strongly scented because I have a problem with scents. Aqualia Thermal Night Spa promises to calm, nourish and hydratate your skin. Besides the night cream in the range there is also a day cream. The main difference between the two is in the concentration of hyaluronic acid in them - in the night cream it is two times higher. The night cream can be used as a face mask too. The Aqualia Thermal Spa range is recommended to all women with dehydrated skin but because of the hyaluronic acid for winkles I recommend it for women at least over 20. The creams promise 48 hour hydratation of the skin. My skin really looks well hydratated and it is really soft.
I usually buy Vichy products after I have used a tester from the magazines. This time I bought Vichy Aqualia Night Spa before trying it first and I am really pleased with it. I will definatelly buy the day cream too. Applying this cream every night is really like a spa ritual for me. The only thing that I did not like was that the cream was not packaged in any way, there was no folio over the box, the jar was open. I don't have a way of knowing wheather this product was used before and the product is in a jar, it can collect bacteria.
