I am currently obsessed with the TV show Only murders in the building and ,of course, Selena Gomez is one of the main characters. Her brand Rare Beauty got a lot of hype online and I couldn’t wait to try her products. I bought the set Selena’s favs, but I have no idea whether it’s available to purchase all year round or I just got lucky finding it.
Soft Pinch Liquid Blush in Joy
The liquid blushes are among the brand’s bestsellers. My mini size contains 3,2 ml. of product and I would say that the quantity is more than enough. The blush is strongly pigmented and you have to be very careful applying it. It’s long-lasting. I would buy another set with mini blushes in different shades. The full size contains too much product.
Positive Light Liquid Luminizer in Mesmerize
The liquid highlighter is not as pigmented as the blush. It reminds me of Benefit High Beam, the shimmer is not intense. These type of products can be mixed with foundation, I watched a lot of Instagram videos where they mixed the blush with the highlighter. The only downside of the highlighter is that it does not last very long.
Lip Souffle Matte Lip Cream in Inspire
The matte liquid lipsticks give a bit of a powdery effect, they are easy to apply and feel great on the lips. When it comes to longevity, they are not top performers and don’t wear out evenly (like most of the liquid lipsticks). The shade Inspire is gorgeous - coral red. I have my eye on other colours as well. The lipstick has a slight coconut scent.
Perfect Strokes Universal Volumizing Mascara in Black
The mascara is a good everyday mascara, it does a bit of everything. Don’t expect anything dramatic here. I like the fact that you can choose between two sizes when buying. I would purchase it again.
